Mr. Truong Ta

Mr. Truong Quang Ta is the current Director of the Department of Information and Communications for Dong Nai Province. He holds Master’s degrees in Economics and Public Management and has completed the Advanced Political Theory Programme.

Before his appointment as Director, Mr Truong served as Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Head of the Legal Committee of the Đồng Nai Provincial People’s Council. In his current role, he is responsible for the comprehensive management of departmental operations, including oversight of the information and communications sector, signing domestic and international agreements, training and workforce development, financial and asset management, state security, and national defence. He directly oversees the Information Technology Department, the Inspectorate, and the Centre for Information Technology and Communications, and also serves as Chairman of the Reward and Discipline Council, the Salary Council, and the Council for State Secret Protection.

Mr. Truong is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and committed team focused on achieving the department’s objectives, with a strong emphasis on advancing digital transformation to support the province’s sustainable development goals.
