Mr. Quang Nguyen

Mr. Quang Minh Nguyen currently serves as the Director of the Department of Information and Communications in Binh Phuoc Province. A member of the Communist Party of Vietnam since November 28, 2003, he also holds the position of Party Cell Secretary.

Mr. Quang holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Economics from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, along with an Advanced Certificate in Political Theory. He has completed various professional training courses and has extensive experience working in departments focused on postal services, telecommunications, and science and technology within Binh Phuoc Province.

Beginning his career in 1995 at the Song Be Province Post Office, Mr Quang held several roles over the years, including Deputy Director positions at the Department of Posts and Telecommunications, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Department of Information and Communications in Binh Phuoc. In 2021, he was appointed as Director of the Department of Information and Communications, where he currently oversees state management activities related to information and communications throughout the province.
