Madame Trinh Vo is currently the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Centre, a public service unit for information and communications under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. The Centre operates under the direct supervision of the City People's Committee regarding organisation, staffing, budgeting, and operations, with professional guidance from the Department of Information and Communications on state management.

The Centre is responsible for implementing digital transformation programmes, projects, and smart city initiatives, as well as providing digital transformation support services to state agencies, political organisations, professional associations, and businesses within the City. Additionally, it carries out digital transformation functions to drive the City’s socio-economic development.

Madame Trinh previously served as Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications, where she led the development and implementation of information technology applications, ensured information security, and advanced digital transformation within the City. She also worked at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment.

With over 25 years of experience in management information systems, information analysis, and administrative reform, she holds a Master’s degree in International Trade from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. Her main research interests include applied econometrics, international business, public management, e-government, and digital transformation.
