About

Dr. Aemin Nasir is a Lecturer at the Business School of RMIT University in Hanoi, Vietnam. She holds a PhD in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a second Master’s in Business by Research. Her educational journey includes a Master's and a Bachelor's in Commerce and two professional degrees in education. With over a decade of teaching experience in higher education, Dr. Nasir has garnered profound insights into diverse student cohorts across the UK, China, Malaysia, and Pakistan. Her research revolves around organizational sustainability in the age of Industry 4.0, focusing on technology adoption, total quality management (TQM), and innovative performance. Committed to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), she engages in scholarly initiatives to promote gender equality and responsible consumption and production. Dr. Nasir is dedicated to shaping future educational paradigms, therefore, pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Learning & Teaching from RMIT Melbourne.
