Chuyen has studied and worked in a global context including mainland China, Taiwan, and New Zealand for more than 15 years. He has worked for a Freight Forwarder (sea transportation) and a Manpower Agency in Taiwan before obtaining his PhD in Management at University of Canterbury, New Zealand. As a lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam, Chuyen has been teaching in a range of international business courses such as global business, cross-cultural management, and political economy of global business. His current research interests are centred around international business, cross-culture and strategy-as-practice in organizations.
