When visiting the security enquiries counter on campus, please follow the instructions below.

1. Fill in the Lost ticket (a paper form) 2. Within one hour: receive a confirmation email from Security RUVN (security.ruvn@rmit.edu.vn) 3. Within three working days: Get a result from the Lost and Found service officers via call or email 4. If your lost item is found, you can sign off on the Found ticket and collect it back at the security enquiries counter on campus within 60 days from the day of notification. After 60 days, any uncollected item(s) will be disposed of |
