Student Council

The RMIT Vietnam Student Council (SC) is the key advocate for all RMIT Vietnam students.

RMIT Vietnam Student Council (SC) is the representative of RMIT Vietnam student bodies. SC is the conduit for communication between students and the University. By listening and considering students’ concerns, SC aims to increase their education experience, personal welfare, social life and cultural activities.

Executives and officers of RMIT Vietnam Student Council who are current RMIT Vietnam students are elected for a one-year term by all RMIT Vietnam student bodies through a transparent and democratic election organized annually on semester 1. Besides, sub-committees are selected by recruitments announced on RMIT Vietnam Student Council Facebook page.

How to become a student council member?

Students are required to participate in the Student Council election. After publishing their policy statements on the election website, candidates often run campaigns to widespread the messages and gain votes from RMIT Students. The candidates achieving the highest votes are elected and officially become Student Council members.
