About

Dr. Alrence S. Halibas is presently a Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing at The Business School, RMIT University Vietnam. Before joining RMIT in February 2020, she was an Assistant Professor and Program Leader of the Information Systems and Mobile Computing programs at Gulf College, Oman. She also served as the Dean of Computer Studies at La Salle University, Philippines.
She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Management and Business Educator. Dr. Halibas has served as a technical committee member and presented at several international conferences. She has published articles in SJR and ABDC-indexed journals, including Journal of Consumer Behavior, Quality & Quantity, Sustainable Development, International Journal of Educational Management, and Interdisciplinary Journal of Information, Knowledge & Management.
