About

Dr. Giang Hoang is a Senior Lecturer in Management at The Business School, RMIT Univeristy. His main teaching and research interests are in the areas of leadership, organizational behavior, innovation and service management. He has spent last decade working with students, researchers, government and companies in Asia, Europe and Australia. 

Dr. Giang Hoang has published research papers in reputable journals such as Journal of Service Research, Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Employee Relations, among others.
