Dr. Jung Woo Han is the Interim Deputy Dean of Academic and Quality at RMIT University Vietnam. Previously, he served as Senior Program Manager for the Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship programs at the Business School in Vietnam. With a deep passion for the future of work, Dr. Han has dedicated the past several years to researching employee motivation and green HRM (Human Resource Management) practices in Vietnam’s fast-evolving hospitality sector. His work explores how young, dynamic workforces are transforming HR practices through a blend of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Since 2024, he has been actively engaged with the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative, leading a research working group to tackle the future challenges of education from a sustainability perspective.

- Before joining RMIT, he worked a consultant and analyst for a strategic business consulting firm Senor (now KPMG Canada). Since 2009, he has been working for higher education institutes providing degree programs such as University of Sunderland, Keuka College, University of Gloucestershire, Western Sydney University, PSB College, and Raffle International College. He joined RMIT in 2019.
