Sensory Symphony, proudly hosted by RMIT Tourism and Hospitality Club SGS, is an event series highlighting the crucial role of human senses in the hospitality industry, with a particular focus on enhancing guest experiences. Season 1, Aroma Scent, explores the olfactory sense. The event particularly explains the concept of olfactory within hospitality, features a case study on selecting appropriate scents for different types of guests, which is followed by an exhibition to understand guests' perceptions, and an exclusive workshop where participants can experience being a scent maker by identifying customer preferences.

The Tourism and Hospitality Club SGS at RMIT University is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of traditional event experiences.
