HR Visionaries 2024

About this competition

HR Visionaries is an annual competition organized by the RMIT Human Development Club, aimed at providing students in the Southern region with the opportunity to explore various aspects of Human Resource Management, while honing their hard and soft skills. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical knowledge that will contribute to their personal and professional growth in the HR field. 

HR Visionaries 2024, the third season of the competition, is designed around the theme of Employee wellbeing, capturing evolving HR trends within the context of the corporate milieu.

Timeline

  • 25 July: Registration deadline
  • 3 August: Round 1 - Gain basic knowledge about employee wellbeing and application
  • 5-26 August: Round 2 - Explore the opportunities and challenges of employee wellbeing application in hybrid working contexts through research
  • 4-7 September: Round 3 - Identify the primary well-being concerns of gig workers in the case study and examine HR challenges in building a nurturing and enduring work atmosphere
