You will be able to find forms to register yourself for Equitable Learning and Accessibility, as well as request for student aid staff to help you during semester, or while taking tests and exams.
If your study adjustments include student aid staff, you may need to complete booking forms as directed by your equitable adjustment advisor.
Use the self-registration form if you have a disability, long-term illness and/or mental health condition.
Use the carer registration form if you are the primary carer of a person with a disability, long-term illness and/or mental health condition.
Complete the overseas student form in addition to your self or carer registration form.
If you are studying at an RMIT campus outside Vietnam or at an RMIT international partner institution, complete the form along with the relevant registration form.
To book student aid staff, first make an appointment with ELA to discuss your reasonable adjustment needs.

If your ELP includes student aid staff, you need to complete the additional forms.
