Paying your fees

Information regarding how to pay for your fees and the methods of payment available.

You can pay your RMIT Vietnam fees using the following methods:
  • Integrated Online payment. We accept online payments, which can be accessed via the Financial Account tile in myRMIT, or via the RMIT payments website.
  • Direct deposit in RMIT Vietnam's Vietcombank account. 
  • Bank transfer to RMIT Vietnam's Vietcombank account.
  • Online payment. We accept online payments via Vietcombank.
  • Campus cashier: you can pay with bank cards 
    • To support new students, RMIT accepts cash at campuses for the first transaction of new students with fees apply.

 

RMIT University Vietnam encourages students to pay with cashless methods on campus. However, you can choose to pay by cash in the following circumstances: 

  • For tuition fee payments: Only on-campus deposits and the first tuition fee payment of English courses (Danang only) for new students are accepted in cash. 
  • At SGS motorbike parking and food courts: you are encouraged to pay for these expenses through cashless methods. However, cash payment is available if you prefer.

myRMIT

You may pay your fees via myRMIT, which students can access once you receive your student ID.

Once you log in, choose the Financial Account tile in myRMIT.

 

RMIT payments website

Step 1

Go to https://payments.rmit.edu.vn

Step 2

Select List View or Lump Sum

Step 3

Provide your

  • Student ID (mandatory field)
  • Surname (called Last Name)
  • Email (mandatory field)
  • State the amount that you are paying (mandatory)

Step 4

  • Click Add to cart, and then Process Payment.
  • Click on Payment option, then click Continue.

You will notice that the information is sent to a payment gateway.

Step 5

Choose the type of payment you will use to pay your tuition fees with and click “Pay Now”.

 

Vietcombank 1-B@nking

Step 1: Go to the Vietcombank website: https://www.vietcombank.com.vn/

Step 2: Log in → Payment → Bill payment

Step 3: Select service → Tuition fee → Select service provider → RMIT Vietnam - HCM campus or RMIT Vietnam - Hanoi campus

Step 4: Select fee type from the drop-down list → Fill in the payment amount → Fill in the Customer code (Student ID number or Birth Date only if Student ID is not issued) → Fill in Customer name (Student name) → Confirm

Step 5: Enter verification code → Confirm

Step 6: Enter OTP (Sent via SMS to the phone number registering with the bank)

Step 7: Confirm (successful transactions will be confirmed by SMS and email).

Note:

  • For Customer code: Enter correctly the Student ID Number with format: Sxxxxxxx or Lxxxxxxx (x: number). If you don’t have Student ID Number yet, enter your birthdate with the following format: xxyyzzzz (xx: date; yy: month; zzzz: year).
  • For Customer name: Enter full name of Student – NOT name of account owner if the account owner is not the student

When making bank transfer, please note your transaction with details as follow: 

Student name – Student ID number (otherwise birthdate) – Payment details (like “Tuition Fee Semester 3” or “Accommodation fee”)

  2. Student ID (or Birth Date only if Student ID has not been issued)
  3. Program and Details of fees (E.g.: “Deposit”, “Tuition fees” or “Accommodation fees”)
Note: Students/Parents who want to make cash deposited at Vietcombank need to show ID or valid Passport or photographic documents according to Circular 22/2009/TT-NHNN dated 17 November 2009 of State Bank of Vietnam.

Payment using a bank card is accepted at Vietcombank Danang South Branch Head Office: 537 Tran Hung Dao Street, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Danang.

Cash deposit at Vietcombank

Please note that there will be no service fee for cash deposit at the listed Vietcombank-Danang South branches:

Foreign currency transfers will be converted to Vietnam Dong at the buying exchange rate on the day of transaction, with conversion fees and charges covered by the students.
