Anna has been a full-time lecturer, offering coordinator, and program advisor in Information Technology and Software Engineering at RMIT University since 2011. Anna has more than 20 years of experience in STEM education as a program coordinator and lecturer in the Philippines and the Kingdom of Bahrain. Additionally, she was granted a full-fee scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. at RMIT University, Australia. Her research focuses on the areas of creativity in computer science and engineering education, project-based learning, the internet of things (IoT), embedded software, and activity recognition.
In recognition of her research ability, she was successfully awarded an RMIT Research grant in 2013, 2016, and 2017 to conduct research. Currently, she is the offering coordinator of two courses namely software engineering fundamentals and software engineering project management.
