Creativity: The Game Changer

Official launch of Creativity: The Game Changer Contest

During the Covid-19 pandemic, brands are facing customer experience issues, in particular, FMCG and service brands are gradually losing direct real-life connections with customers because of lock-down and social distancing. This is causing a change in consumers behavior that they now spend more time on digital platforms and social networks for entertainment and socializing, learning and working from home, and an increase of people and time playing video games, making communication and brand experiences less noticeable compared to before the pandemic, which in turn, drives brands to change. Therefore, one of the strategies of enterprises is to apply innovation to enter the customer journey, helping to enhance the customer experience and open up opportunities to connect customers and brands, thereby, improve competitive advantage.
