Myunjoong Kim has worked in the communication industry in South Korea for 18 years. He taught Korean culture at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT) before joining RMIT’s Department of Professional Communication in February 2022.

When Myunjoong worked in the media industry, he mainly covered popular cultures such as films, music, arts, literature, sports, and travel. He was also an Editor-in-Chief of an inflight magazine and a Media Team Leader of a non-profit organization in Seoul, South Korea.
