Dr. Erhan Atay brings over 15 years of international teaching and research experience across the UK, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Turkey. He has taught subjects such as International and Strategic HRM, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior at institutions like Newcastle Business School, RMIT University, and Monash University. With over a decade of consulting experience in Korea, Dr. Atay earned his undergraduate degree from Seoul National University and Masters and Ph.D. in HRM from Kyung Hee University of Korea. He is the co-editor of three academic books and the author of a graduate-level textbook on Strategic HRM. His research focuses on global mobility, expatriation, Southeast Asian HR systems, and strategic management, with 40+ articles published in leading journals.
