Dr. Erhan Atay brings over 17 years of international teaching and research experience across the UK, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Turkey. He has lectured on a diverse range of subjects, including International and Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership, International
Management, Strategic Management, Asian Business Systems, and Organizational Behavior. His academic career includes positions at prestigious institutions such as Newcastle Business School, RMIT University, Monash University, Kyunghee University, and Istanbul University.
In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Atay spent over a decade as a consultant in Korea. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Kyunghee University, Korea.
Dr. Atay is the co-editor of three academic books on Asian Business, Economy, and Politics and the author of the graduate-level textbook: "Strategic Human Resources Management: Cultural and Contextual Factors." His research interests include global mobility, expatriation, refugee
studies, Southeast Asian HRM, national HR systems, and strategic management in multinational corporations and NGOs. Dr. Atay has published over 40 articles in respected academic journals.
