How to apply - Luke McLachlan Scholarship

Note Applying for scholarships via myRMIT is coming soon. For now, please follow these instructions to make your application.

Step 1: Submit an Application Form to study at RMIT Vietnam

This is the application form to apply for the undergraduate program of your choice. Please allow up to 10 business days for RMIT to assess and advise the outcome of your admission application.

Step 2: Receive an application ID

You will receive an application ID from your Program Advisor, who will be assigned to you by RMIT. The process may take 2-3 working days from the time you submit your documents. 

Step 3: Submit an Online Scholarship Application Form

You need to reference an application ID and provide the required scholarship supporting documents (see below) in this step.

 

Luke McLachlan Scholarship - Scholarship application requirements:

A digital portfolio, limited to a maximum of five (05) pages, demonstrating your relevant experience or achievements that might relate broadly or specifically to global business or indicative of your potential success in Global Business major. These may include:

  • Contributions to communities
  • Application of technology
  • A significant project that you have participated

Note: All supporting documents must be in English and combined in one file in .pdf format and smaller than 16 MB.

Important things to note

Your scholarship application will only be considered eligible when:

  • You have an application ID (of your Application Form to study at RMIT Vietnam)
  • You have submitted your completed academic transcripts of the last three years of high school (including Year 10, 11 and 12 results or equivalent) and English evidence to your Program Advisor (Student Recruitment Office) in Step 1 (or after submitting the Scholarship Application Form) by the scholarship application deadline
  • You have provided all the scholarship required documents (where applicable) by the scholarship deadline*
  • A notarised copy of your Vietnam high school diploma (if applicable) is submitted to the Student Recruitment Office by 30 August 2024

* Applicants taking the International Baccalaureate exams in May 2024 may submit the results by 09 July 2024. Applicants taking the A-Level exams in June 2024 may submit the results by 16 August 2024. However, please ensure that the completed transcripts of year 10 and 11 (or equivalent) and other required documents (where applicable) have been submitted by the scholarship application deadline.
