Nguyen Ngoc Tu, a 2024 MBA scholarship recipient at RMIT Vietnam, is a pioneering leader driving innovative and sustainable initiatives in the insurance and finance sectors. With a strong desire to lead initiatives that integrate innovation and sustainablility in the insurance and financial services industries, Nguyen Ngoc Tu, a recipient of an MBA scholarship at RMIT Vietnam in 2024, considers the MBA program a significant turning point in his career.

He believes the program refine his strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, helping him become a well-rounded leader. His ambition motivated him to successfully pursue a master's scholarship at RMIT, allowing him to focus on career development while continuing to contribute value to the insurance industry and his community.

Tu chose to pursue an MBA at RMIT University due to its global reputation and innovative focus on digital transformation and leadership skills. As an alumnus, he values RMIT's practical learning approach and industry connections.  Reflecting on his scholarship journey, he shared how his dedication to continuous learning and community contribution aligned with RMIT’s scholarship criteria—an opportunity he is proud to have earned.

Since receiving the scholarship and pursuing a master's at RMIT, Tú has experienced positive changes in his personal development and career. He has successfully implemented process and technology improvements that enhance his company's customer service quality. This has increased his confidence and motivation to strive more vigorously to become a comprehensive leader.

"Studying for a master's at RMIT with the scholarship has broadened my perspective and encouraged me to think more deeply about how to create value that has a positive impact on the community. Being a member of the RMIT scholarship community has also inspired me to find more diverse ways to contribute to society."
