As the Head of Research and Development at his family’s fashion brand, Owen, in Vietnam, Lam has always been driven by a unique blend of business acumen and a passion for fashion.

With a solid foundation in finance and marketing from Northeastern University, Boston, Lam harnessed his skills to launch a fashion e-commerce startup before rejoining his family business. Now, he is driving Owen’s transformation creating innovative, sustainable, and stylish products.

Lam's decision to pursue an MBA at RMIT University stemmed from his desire to drive digital transformation within the fashion industry by bridging creativity and technology.
