Since 2023, Dr Fong has been inspiring students in Vietnam, bringing his wealth of knowledge to RMIT through courses like "Personal Branding and Authentic Leadership." With 35 years of industrial experience, he offers invaluable insights into Strategic Leadership, Organisation Transformation, Executive Coaching, Competency Assessment, and Talent Development.

Dr Fong's expertise transcends borders. He has collaborated with a diverse range of clients across the globe, from Shell and BP to Nike and HSBC, crafting vital 'People Strategies' for over 25,000 executives in multinational corporations. His work spans continents, reaching countries like Azerbaijan, China, Thailand, and Australia, to name just a few.

In the classroom, Dr Fong's teaching style is both reflective and practical. He encourages students to engage in introspective reflection and utilises psychometric instruments to deepen their learning experience.
