About
Dr Fiza Qureshi is a Senior Lecturer of Finance at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) Vietnam. Prior to joining RMIT Vietnam, she worked as an Assistant Professor and Subject Area Lead of Accounting and Finance unit at Southampton Malaysia Business School (SMBS), University of Southampton Malaysia. Dr Fiza received her PhD in Finance from the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2017.

Teaching interests
Dr Fiza has taught various Finance modules/Courses. She has 16 years of teaching experience at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Currently, She teaches BAFI3182 Financial Markets and Institutions; BAFI3184 Corporate Finance; BAFI3273 Money and Debt Markets courses at RMIT Vietnam
Research interests
Dr Fiza's current research focus is on sustainable finance, environmental sustainability, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech. Her earlier research covers mutual funds, financial markets and spillovers, and behavioural finance. Her research work is published in reputed International Journals such as Annals of Operation Research, Journal of Policy Modelling, Emerging Market Review, International Journal of Finance & Economics, Emerging Market Trade and Finance, Economic systems among others.
