Mr Preben Elnef

Vice President at Lego Group and General Manager at Lego Manufacturing Vietnam

Preben joined the Lego Group in 2013 as a Vice President of the Lego Group and is a menber of the Senior Leadership Group. Preben has held several senior positions before and has proven his expertise across various disciplines. For example, he was leading the Corporate Facilities side of the business, overseeing all new facility constructions. He also led the facility operation of all factories, the Hub, the various offices, and the Lego Group Security and Travel.

Prior to joining the Lego Group, Preben served as the Head of the Technical Division of International Service System (ISS) A/S and was a member of the ISS Denmark Executive Management Team. Before that role, he was the Head of Infrastructure of the Danish Defense and a member of its Executive Team.

Preben brings to the Lego Group more than 20 years of proven Senior Executive experience spanning across R&D, supply chain, and large-scale investment project executions in the private and the public sector.

Mr John Campbell​

Since heading up the department, John has brokered an array of lease and sales transactions. 

To date, he has led his HCMC and Hanoi teams to close nearly 500,000 square meters in leased area, and 250,000 square meters in sold area, representing some of the best results in the industrial agency market.

Mr Ryan Trung Truong

Vietnam Leadership Development Lead at Unilever Vietnam 

Ryan is a dynamic Human Resources Manager with seven years of experience at Unilever Vietnam International Limited. Specializing in Learning and Talent Development, Employer Branding, and HR Business Partnering, he is recognized as a Maximizer, transforming strengths into excellence.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Marketing) from RMIT University Vietnam and a Master's in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham, Ryan combines academic prowess with practical expertise. Currently, he serves as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for Marketing, Trade Marketing, CMI, MEDIA, Supply Chain Non-Manufacturing, HR, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employer Branding, Learning and Employee Engagement.

 

 

Mr Khoa Tham​

Plant Head, Schaeffler Vietnam

Mr Tham Nguyen Khoa joined as the Plant Head | Operations Director of Schaeffler Vietnam, the German Automotive and Industrial component supplier, in January 2020. He successfully accomplished the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 22 years' extensive experience in general operations management and greenfield factory setup. 

His career commenced at Samsung Electronics, where he spent nearly 9 years, playing a pivotal role in managing Production and Engineering, designing, and overseeing Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at enhancing productivity. In 2010, he took on the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at Sonion, where he was responsible for formulating and executing continuous improvement deployment strategy and roadmap. In 2014, he was promoted to Regional Manager at a "Big 4" consulting company, Deloitte Consulting, managing, and implementing multiple projects focused on business operations transformation and strategy for clients. Prior to joining Schaeffler, he spent nearly 3 years at Coca-Cola as a Country Manager, facilitating the Operational Excellence strategy and execution for the entire supply chain countrywide. 

Mr Khoa is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with a major in Engineering and has completed an MBA at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

 

​Mr Adris Bin Isnin 

Senior Director, Head of Technical Services at Real Estate Division (Vietnam), Keppel Corporation

Mr. Adris Bin Isnin, with 18 years at Keppel, is an accomplished professional in Real Estate Management, specializing in Green Building and Sustainability across projects in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Technical Services in the Real Estate Division at Keppel Corporation, he oversees diverse projects.

With previous roles, including Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager at Keppel Land International, Adris brings a wealth of experience. His earlier 15-year tenure in a consultancy firm involved serving prominent Singapore developers. Adris holds qualifications in architecture from the National University of Singapore, is a registered architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore and is a certified Green Mark Manager by the Building Construction Authority Singapore.
