National contest on AI applications in education guidelines

The national contest on AI applications in education serves as a platform to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of best practices nationwide.

The contest is open to educators across Vietnam, inviting them to showcase innovative AI-driven solutions for teaching, learning, and educational administration, either individually or in teams of up to three members.

Process

Application

  • Submit a project demonstrating the use of AI in teaching, educational management, or administration.
  • Include a detailed description and a short presentation.

Details for submission will be anounced soon.

Selection

  • A Preliminary Round will identify the top 100 projects based on assessment rubrics.
  • The top 100 projects will be showcased during the Vietnam Educational Festival Day, where the final evaluation will take place.

Assessment and marking

  • A panel of experts will evaluate submissions using predefined rubrics.
  • Marking criteria will be announced in advance.

Awards and recognition

  • Outstanding projects will receive certificates of recognition from RMIT Vietnam and its partners.
  • Winners will also receive prizes from the organising committee.
  • Award structure will be announced separately.
