Cirriculum Vitae
Your CV with the relevant supporting documents as a single compressed PDF file
Your CV, a notarised copy of your Vietnamese passport or National ID, an English certificate, work experience confirmation and professional awards, if any.
Portfolio
Your professional artist or designer's portfolio as a single compressed PDF file
Your portfolio should contain an artist/ designer's statement, declaring your research and artistic/design interests and practices. Please also include visual documentation of 5 of the best recent works, with a brief description (under 200 words) for each. For new media work (software, VJ, apps etc) and video/ performance, please include a public link (Vimeo, YouTube, website etc) in the PDF for review.
Project Proposal
A single PDF that briefly describes the nature of your proposed project.
The PDF should contain your name, the provisional title of your project, the intended outcomes or deliverables of your project, including the outcomes that you would present in the 3 WIP presentations, a budget proposal detailing all the resources your project will require (space requirements, materials, software, hardware etc), any specific support you will require (technical help, support with software etc)
