Tuition fee assistance

Applicable at both campuses

English for University, UniSTART Academic, Foundation Studies, undergraduate and postgraduate programs

  • Siblings, spouses, parents or children of a current or past student of RMIT Vietnam are eligible for 5% in fee assistance at RMIT Vietnam when commencing their studies in 2025. 

Note:

  • This policy cannot be applied simultaneously with any other tuition fee assistance policies.

Graduates of RMIT with a bachelor’s, honours or master’s degree are eligible for

  • A 10% reduction in fees when applying for a bachelor’s, honours or master’s degree at RMIT Vietnam commencing in 2025; or
  • RMIT Vietnam Alumni Postgraduate Scholarship when applying for a Masters by Coursework at RMIT Melbourne

Fee assistance policies cannot be applied simultaneously with any other fee assistance policies or scholarships unless otherwise stated.

Graduates of a bachelor's, honours or master's degree from any Australian university are eligible for

  • A 10% fee reduction when applying for a graduate certificate or master's program at RMIT Vietnam, commencing in 2025.

Note:

Students commencing English for University (EU) in 2025 are eligible for 25% in tuition fee assistance if they have:

  • never enrolled in English for University before, or
  • have a gap of 6 months or longer in their English for University enrolment, or
  • have completed IELTS Pathways and/or English for Teen programs prior to enrolment in the English for University program in 2025

This reduction is also applicable for the eligible students upon commencement of their next English for University levels (including repeated classes), as long as they maintain continuous English for University enrollment (a gap of less than six months in their studies)

  • The tuition fee assistance cannot be applied simultaneously with any other fee assistance policies, unless otherwise stated.
  • Students in English for University program ONLY (non-package), are not eligible for this fee assistance policy.

If a new student has achieved an overall average of 3.0/4.0 or 75% in their qualifying results and they are commencing their Master of Business (MBA) in Semester 2 or 3 in 2025 (June/July intake or October intake), the student is eligible for a 20% fee reduction.

All students including scholarship students commencing a Graduate Certificate program in Semester 2 and 3 in 2025, and who articulate to a Master in Business Administration, Master of International Business or Master of Artificial Intelligence at RMIT with an overall average of 3.0 or 75% in their qualifying results are also eligible for a 20% fee reduction, which will apply from their Graduate Certificate program.

Note:

  • Tuition fee assistance does not apply to students who transfer into the Master of Business Administration.
  • This policy cannot be applied simultaneously with any other tuition fee assistance policies.

All students including scholarship students commencing a Graduate Certificate program in Semester 2 and 3 in 2025, and who articulate to a Master in Business Administration, Master of International Business or Master of Artificial Intelligence at RMIT with an overall average of 3.0 or 75% in their qualifying results are also eligible for a 20% fee reduction, which will apply from their Graduate Certificate program.

Saigon South campus only

  • New students enrolling in Semester 3 2025 (June/July 2025) for the Master of Artificial Intelligence will receive a 15% fee reduction on the full program. The reduction can be combined with a scholarship. 
  • If a new commencing student has achieved an overall average of 3.0/4.0 or 75% in their qualifying results, they are eligible for fee assistance of 20% in the Semester 2 (June/July) or 3 (October) 2025 intakes.
  • All students including scholarship students commencing a Graduate Certificate program in Semester 2 and 3 in 2025, and who articulate to a Master in Business Administration, Master of International Business or Master of Artificial Intelligence at RMIT with an overall average of 3.0 or 75% in their qualifying results are also eligible for a 20% fee reduction, which will apply from their Graduate Certificate program.

All students, including scholarship students, commencing a Graduate Certificate program in Semester 2 and 3 in 2025, and who articulate to a Master in Business Administration, Master of International Business or Master of Artificial Intelligence at RMIT with an overall average of 3.0 or 75% in their qualifying results are also eligible for a 20% fee reduction, which will apply from their Graduate Certificate program.
