RMIT Vietnam recognised as one of Asia’s top employers of choice

RMIT Vietnam has once again been named one of the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia’ in the category of the Most Caring Company Awards.

Covering 16 Asian countries and markets across the region, HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards surveyed and ranked organisations with high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.

The organisers noted a significant increase in nominations this year, highlighting the rising importance of workplace excellence in the region. With 704 companies striving for recognition, it is evident there is a strong ambition to be acknowledged as leaders in employee satisfaction, welfare, and development.

A total of 53,250 survey participants offered their valuable insights and experiences, giving a comprehensive overview of the workplace landscape in Vietnam. Their input not only demonstrates a commitment to improving workplace environments but also underscores the importance of the employee voice in shaping organisational culture and practices.
